***Current turn-around time is TWO WEEKS, plus shipping time.***
All orders will be processed in the order received and shipped within two weeks of purchase date. If you need an order to arrive before the current processing time please CONTACT BLESSED EMBROIDERY PRIOR TO ORDERING at email@example.com to make arrangements for a RUSH order. Please note, choosing Priority Shipping (2-3 days) does not decrease production time. That only refers to the estimated time it will take your order to get to you once shipped.
To avoid delays in order processing, please include the following with your order:
- NAME or MONOGRAM (first, LAST, middle)
- any other information discussed prior to order
*** NO REFUNDS. If you need to cancel an order, you will be issued STORE CREDIT. If there is a mistake on your order, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the order to make arrangements to receive a replacement.***
I accept VISA/MC and Discover through PayPal. Payment is required at the time order is placed and processing time does not begin until you have ordered and paid. Sezzle is also accepted.
If you need to CANCEL for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of order being placed. After 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations will be issued STORE CREDIT.
Shipments are made within 2 weeks once payment is received. Please double check your address. Blessed Embroidery is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address or items lost in the mail. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges should the shipment be returned to seller. USPS First Class mail DOES NOT include insurance. Priority mail includes insurance up to $50. Blessed Embroidery does not issue refunds for items lost in the mail or items received after the date you need them.

Blessed Embroidery ships to domestic addresses using USPS First Class Mail, unless shipping upgrade is paid by buyer. Delivery confirmation is included.
-- International Shipping --
Blessed Embroidery ships to international addresses using USPS First Class Mail International. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
REFUND & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the personalization/customization of the items I create, I DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds on items. If I have made a mistake on your order, you must notify me within 3 DAYS and we can make arrangements for you to return the item and receive a replacement. I will provide you with a replacement once the original item(s) has been returned. If you do not notify me within the first 3 days after receipt, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no replacement or refund will be issued. If you need to CANCEL for any reason, there will be a $10 cancellation fee.
I strive for complete customer satisfaction and aim to provide detailed pictures and product descriptions so you are confident before purchasing. Many listings contain listing variations, which allow you to customize your order. Variations may include size, style, color or pieces included in your order. Everything pictured will not necessarily be included in your order unless you select those options. While care is taken to represent colors accurately, every monitor is different and I cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric. Also note that each piece is handmade and slight variations in fabric and fabric placement may occur. Out of stock or discontinued fabrics, ribbons, pants, blanks, etc will be substituted without notice and similar items used to not delay production. Thank you!
