Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the personalization/customization of the items we create, WE DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds. If we have made a mistake on your order, please notify us within 3 DAYS of receiving the order so we can make arrangements for you to return the item and receive a replacement. We will provide you with a replacement once the original item(s) has been returned.

All errors must be reported via within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number in all communications.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged from conditions other than manufacturer errors 
  • Items purchased during a sale period or items on sale/clearance
  • Seasonal/Holiday items
  • Birthday Shirts

To complete your return, we require your order number. We will send an email with the return address when a return order has been prompted.

When returning your items, please include a note with your order number and the reason for the return to expedite the process.

If you returned an item that has been worn, we are not required to send it back to you unless you pay a shipping fee. We will not issue refunds or replacements for worn items.

Incorrect Address, unclaimed package, return to sender:

Should your package be returned to us for reasons including but not limited to the ones listed above, you will be responsible for paying return shipping fees for us to reship your items. Shipping invoice must be paid within 24 hours. If you do not pay for return shipping, your order will be canceled and you will be issued a store credit, minus shipping charges. 



Once your return is received and inspected, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be provided within 3 business days. Store credit never expires. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.

Once packages are shipped, Blessed Embroidery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Blessed Embroidery does not issue refunds or accept returns for packages delivered after your "need by" date. 

In the event you purchased an item that went out of stock, you will receive a refund via store credit.

If your package was returned to us by USPS, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to reattempt delivery. Return to Sender items are not eligible for refunds.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

NO EXCHANGES. Please refer to the size chart provided prior to ordering to ensure the correct size is ordered. If you have questions about sizing, please email with SIZING as the subject and we will be happy to assist in choosing the correct size.


Online orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email for assistance. A $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from any cancelled orders. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued as STORE CREDIT. 

Items that have been packaged, shipped, and in transit are not eligible for cancellation.
